  • 1 1/2 c. peaches coarsely minced
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 24 ounce lowfat peach yogurt (3 containers)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Makes 1 qt.
  2. In a bowl, use a potato masher or possibly fork to finely crush peaches with sugar.
  3. Add in yogurt, lemon juice, and vanilla, and mix well.
  4. Nest bowl in ice water and stir often till mix is cool, about 5 min.
  5. Pour yogurt mix into an ice cream maker. Freeze as directed by your ice cream maker till the mix is hard sufficient to scoop.
  6. Serve softly frzn, or possibly place in freezer till hard.
