Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 c. diced peaches
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Beat in dry ingredients, then mix in peaches, lime juice and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, or possibly till bread test done. (Bread taste better a day after baking.)
