Ingredientes

  • 4 quarts. finely minced, peeled, peaches or possibly pears
  • 1 c. seedless raisins
  • 1 c. minced onions
  • 2 to 3 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. ginger
  • 2 teaspoon or possibly healthy pinch of salt
  • 1 toe chopped garlic (optional)
  • 1 whole warm red pepper (leave which way) (remove before canning)
  • 5 c. vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Combine all and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 40 min. Stir a lot to keep from sticking. Pour, boiling warm, into warm jars and leave 1/4 inch head space - adjust warm tops (lids). Process 10 min in boiling water bath. Makes 7 pints. Use like A1, etc.
