Ingredientes

  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. Jello (lemon or possibly orange)
  • 1 1/4 c. warm juice or possibly water
  • 1 pt. ice cream
  • 1-2 c. liquid removed fruit
  • 1 baked 8" or possibly 9" pie shell

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve Jello in warm liquid in 2 qt saucepan. Add in ice cream by large spoonfuls, stirring till melted. Refrigeratetill thickened, but not set, about 30 to 35 min. Mix in fruit. Turn into pie shell. Refrigeratetill hard. You can use whatever fruit you prefer. Peaches work well. Optional top with whipped topping.
