Ingredientes

  • 4 c. sliced peaches (approximately 2 lb.)
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Mix and let stand while preparing pastry or possibly use frzn pie shell. Line a 9" pie pan with pastry. Combine: 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 4 tbsp. soft butter 1/4 c. minced pecans
  2. Sprinkle 1/3 of this mix over bottom of pastry shell. Top with peaches. Sprinkle remaining pecan mix over top. Bake 450 degrees for 10 min. Reduce to 350 degrees for 20 min.
