Ingredientes

  • 6 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. all purpose flour
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp almond extract or possibly vanilla
  • 2 c. medium peaches (1 lb.) peeled and
  •     sliced
  •     Peach preserves
  •     Maple syrup if you like

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375. Spray 2 1/2-qt casserole or possibly rectangular baking dish (13X9X2) with cooking spray. Heat butter in baking dish in oven. Beat Large eggs slightly in large bowl with wire whisk or possibly hand beater. Beat in flour, sugar, salt, lowfat milk and almond extract till smooth. Stir in peaches into butter in baking dish; return to oven 2 to 3 min or possibly till sizzling. Pour batter over peaches. Bake about 20 min or possibly till puffed and golden brown. Serve immediately with peach preserves and maple syrup.
