Peach Shortcake Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. biscuit mix
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • Whipped cream
  • 1 can sliced peaches, liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Combine biscuit mix, sugar, butter and lowfat milk. Press with floured finger tips into a well greased 9 inch pie pan. Don't ROLL DOUGH. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 min. Prepare pudding as directed on the box, except use only 1 1/2 c. of lowfat milk instead of two. Add in almond extract; cold. Pour into crust. Top with whipped cream, sweetened if you like, and well liquid removed peaches.
  2. Serves 6.
