Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce nonfat peach yogurt frzn at least
  •     twelve hrs
  • 8 1/2 ounce canned peaches in heavy syrup
  •     frzn at least twelve hrs

Direcciones

  1. Place the container of yogurt in warm water for about 1 minute. Remove the lid, slide the fruit out, and chop into 1-inch pcs. Place in a food processor.
  2. Place the can of peaches in warm water for about 1 minute. Remove the lid and pour any liquid into a food processor. Remove the bottom of the can, slide the fruit out, and chop into 1-inch pcs. Place in the food processor.
  3. Process till smooth, about 2 min. Serve at once or possibly transfer to a container and place in the freezer.
