- Combine biscuit mix and 1/4 c. sugar. Stir together the egg, yogurt and melted butter. Stir yogurt mix into biscuit mix. Mix till dough clings together.
- Knead dough 8-10 strokes. Pat or possibly roll into a 6 inch circle. Cut dough into 10 wedges. Sprinkle with sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 min or possibly till golden brown. Serve hot.
