- Beat flour, baking pwdr, salt, pudding, butter, egg and lowfat milk for 2 min and pour into pan. Place fresh sliced peaches over batter. Cream the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Beat for 2 min and spoon to within 1 inch of edge of batter.
- Combine 1 Tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese mix. Bake till golden. Oven temperature 350 degrees, time 30 to 35 min using a 9 or possibly 10 inch pie pan.
