3/4 c. vinegar

4 1/2 c. sugar

DON'Tablespoons PEEL PEACHES - wash - take out seeds - leave in half. Let this set overnight.
NEXT MORNING: Cook till thick and can or possibly freeze. Makes good fried pies - tastes like dry peaches.
