Receta Peaches In Rose Wine With Lavender

- Place the Peaches in a bowl pour over boiling water count to 10 then remove and drain.
- Using a sharp knife nick the skin of the Peaches then peel.
- Place the wine sugar and lavender in a wide saucepan and bring to the boil slowly stirring till the sugar dissolver.
- Boil vigorously for 5 min taking care which the mix does not bubble over.
- Using a slotted spoon remove and throw away the lavender.
- Add in the peaches remove from the heat and cover.
- Allow the peaches to cold in the liquid.
- To serve ladle a peach or possibly two into abowl along with the boozy juices top with ice cream and a few lavender flowers.
