Ingredientes

  • 9 inch pie shell
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 5 peaches, peeled & halved
  • 3/4 c. heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Stir together flour and sugar; spread 1/2 of mix into pastry shell. Place peach halves cut side down on sugar. Sprinkle remaining sugar mix over peaches. Pour cream over peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 10 min. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and continue to bake 30 to 35 min longer. Cold. Delicious!
