Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Yeast
  • 2 1/2 c. Bread flour
  • 1/2 c. Wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Gluten
  • 1/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/3 c. Minced dry peaches
  • 1 c. Sliced,canned peaches in Lite syrup (liquid removed)
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1/3 c. Peach juice warmed

Direcciones

  1. Use ingredients at room temperature. Add in all ingredients into the pan in the order listed. Select sweet bread and push Start.
  2. NOTE: Be sure to usepeaches canned in light syrup.
  3. NOTE: If dough is toodry, add in another TBS of peach juice after 5 min of kneading.
