Peaches 'N Cream Cheese Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 (3 1/4 ounce) packages. vanilla pudding & pie filling (not instant)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 T butter, softened
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 (15 or possibly 20 ounce) cans sliced peaches, well liquid removed
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Save 6 tbsp juice.Grease 13"x9" pan. Put together flour, baking pwdr, salt, dry pudding mix, large eggs, butter and lowfat milk in a large bowl. Beat 2 min at medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. Place well liquid removed fruit over batter.
  2. Put together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 6 tbsp fruit juice in a small bowl. Beat 2 min. Spoon cream cheese mix to within 1" of edge of pan. Put together 1 tbsp sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over cream cheese mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min or possibly till crust is brown. Filling will appear to be soft. let cool, then store in refrigerator.
