Ingredientes

  • 1 (14 ounce.) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 c. unsifted flour
  • 1/4 c. quick oats
  • 1/4 c. finely minced pecans
  • 1 (29 ounce.) can sliced peaches, liquid removed

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla; mix well. Chill. In medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar; fold in flour, oats, and nuts till thoroughly blended. Spray pizza pan or possibly cookie sheet with Pam. Press dough into 12 inch circle forming ridge around edge. Prick with fork. Bake 10-12 min or possibly till golden. Cold. Spoon filling proportionately onto crust. Arrange peach slices on filling; garnish with nuts if you like. Refrigeratebefore serving.
