Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 2 c. cornflakes cereal
  • 2 c. creamy peanut butter (don't use old-fashioned style or possibly freshly grnd)
  • 2 c. dry lowfat milk
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 15 ounce semisweet chocolate minced

  1. Line cookie sheet with foil. Heat butter in heavy small saucepan over low
  2. heat. Combine cereal, peanut butter, dry lowfat milk and powdered sugar in large
  3. bowl. Fold in butter. Moisten hands and roll 1 Tbsp. mix into ball. Place on prepared cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining mix.
  4. Refrigerateovernight.
  5. Line cookie sheets with foil. Heat chocolate in double boiler over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove chocolate from over water. Using fork, dip peanut butter balls 1 at a time into chocolate and transfer to prepared cookie sheets. Chill till chocolate is hard. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Chill in airtight container.)
