Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Chunky peanut butter
  • 1/3 c. Honey
  • 1 c. Raisins
  • 2 c. Granola
  • 4 x 1-ounce square semisweet chocolate

Direcciones

  1. Stir together peanut butter and honey in large bowl till smooth. Stir in raisins, then the granola, till blended. Form 1 heaping Tbsp. of mix into log, 2 x 3/4 inches. Repeat with remaining mix.
  2. Chill 1 hour, till hard. Heat chocolate in top of double-broiler over simmering water, stirring. Diop each end of log in melted chocolate.
  3. Place on waxed paper. Chill till chocolate hardens, 15 min.
  4. Repeat with other end of logs.
  5. NOTES : Easy, chunchy and delicious.
