Ingredientes

  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 6 ounce lowfat milk chocolate, finely minced
  •     One-half c. chunky peanut butter

Direcciones

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the cream till simmering.
  2. Transfer to the top part of a double boiler set over simmering heat. Add in the lowfat milk chocolate and let stand till softened, about 1 minute. Whisk till melted.
  3. Gradually whisk in the peanut butter till the fondue is smooth.
  4. Makes four tosix servings.
