Receta Peanut Butter Bon Bons

Ingredientes

1 (28 ounce.) pkg. Eagle Brand chocolate flavored candy coating 1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter 3/4 c. soft butter 1 tbsp. vanilla

1 teaspoon salt 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand lowfat milk 1 pound powdered sugar

Direcciones

1. In large bowl, beat peanut butter, butter, vanilla and salt till fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed sweetened lowfat milk, then powdered sugar till smooth. Shape into 1 inch balls.
2. Place on baking sheets. Refrigeratetill hard. With toothpick dip each ball into melted candy coating, let excess drip off. Place on wax paper on baking sheets; let stand till hard. Chill or possibly store covered at room temperature. May be frzn. 12 1/2 dozen.
