Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce Pkg peanut butter chips
  • 14 ounce Can condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Minced peanuts (optional -- I leave these out)
  • 16 ounce Pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Line an 8 inch (or possibly you can use a 9x13 inch) pan with wax paper.
  2. Heat peanut butter chips, 6 ounce condensed lowfat milk and 2 Tbsp butter, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in peanuts. Spread in pan.
  3. In another saucepan, heat chocolate chips, 4 ounce condensed lowfat milk, and 2 Tbsp butter. Spread on top of peanut butter mix. Refrigerate2 hrs, till hard.
  4. Turn onto cutting board. Peel off paper and cut int squares. Store tightly covered.
