Peanut butter cookies

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c milk
  • 5 ml/ 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda, dissolved in the milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 lb (125g) butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups flour

Direcciones

  1. Oven: 180*C/ 350*F
  2. Mix and cream butter, peanut butter, eggs and sugar until light
  3. Add milk and flour and don't over mix.
  4. Form sausages to fit into your cookie press
  5. Press cookies on an absolutely grease free cookie sheet
  6. Pop into a preheated oven
  7. Bake until cooked. Aout 15 minutes, depeniding on the thickness of the cookies
  8. Cool for 3-4 min remove and cool on a wire cooling rack
  9. Alternatively, roll small thumblike balls, place balls on the baking sheet, and press slightly down using a fork, proceed as before.
