Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine softened
  • 1/2 c. Creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. All-purpose flour sifted
  • 3/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars together in mixing bowl till light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla; beat well. Sift flour, soda, and salt together; blend into creamed mix. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Arrange 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Press balls of dough with floured fork to flatten and make a criss-cross design.
  2. Bake for 10 to 12 min or possibly till golden. Cold on wire racks.
