Receta Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Pies

- In large bowl beat peanut butter, cream cheese and margarine with electric mixer till blended. Gradually add in 1/2 c. sugar. Beat about 1 minute, till soft and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. In another bowl, whip cream with 1 Tbsp. sugar till soft peaks form when beaters lifted. Fold into peanut butter mix till thoroughly blended. Pour into pie shells. Frost pies with a half-inch of chocolate pudding.
- Sprinkle minced peanuts on top. Cover with plastic wrap or possibly with inverted pie crust covers. Refrigerateat least two hrs. -
