  • 2 x graham cracker crust pie she /baked) (9-inch)
  • 1 c. chunk-style peanut butter
  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 c. margarine softened
  • 1/2 c. plus 1 tb sugar divided use
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 pkt instant chocolate pudding
  •     (prepared as directed on box
  • 2 Tbsp. minced peanuts
  • 1 x spray can whipped cream (fo

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl beat peanut butter, cream cheese and margarine with electric mixer till blended. Gradually add in 1/2 c. sugar. Beat about 1 minute, till soft and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. In another bowl, whip cream with 1 Tbsp. sugar till soft peaks form when beaters lifted. Fold into peanut butter mix till thoroughly blended. Pour into pie shells. Frost pies with a half-inch of chocolate pudding.
  2. Sprinkle minced peanuts on top. Cover with plastic wrap or possibly with inverted pie crust covers. Refrigerateat least two hrs. -
