Receta Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream
Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream
The Youngest is an avid Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup fan! So with a little help from my handy dandy Cuisinart
ice cream maker, we whipped up a batch of the best-ever homemade peanut butter ice cream! I used a recipe in the recipe booklet and just added peanut butter, but here it is in case you don’t have the recipe booklet…
Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream
- INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 2/3 cup half and half
- Pinch of Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups-cut up
DIRECTIONS:
Freeze the container for your ice creamer maker for at least 6 hours. Combine all ingredients (except Peanut Butter Cups) in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Pour into frozen bowl and start and run ice cream maker for 30 minutes. Freeze further in the freezer for 2-4 hours. To serve, place a scoop of ice cream in a bowl, drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with cut up Reeses’s Peanut Butter Cups.
