Ingredientes

  • 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 ounce. softened cream cheese
  • 8 ounce. whipped topping
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. miniature chocolate morsels

Direcciones

  1. Prick bottom and sides of pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 10 min. Set aside to cold. Combine next 7 ingredients, beat on medium speed till well blended. Pour chocolate mix into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Remove from oven and let cold.
  2. Combine cream cheese, whipped topping, peanut butter, powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix till smooth. Spread over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with chocolate morsels. Refrigeratewell.
