Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. oats
  • 1 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. Cream shortening, sugar and egg. Add in vanilla, peanut butter, sift flour, soda, salt, add in to mix. Add in oats, blend well. Pour into well greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 20 to 25 min at 350 degrees.
