Ingredientes

  • 1 pound confectioners' sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 c. light corn syrup

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients till blended. Roll fondant between wax paper to 1/4 inch thickness. Spread with peanut butter. Roll the mix in a "jelly roll fashion." Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill 2 hrs. Cut into slices with serrated knife.
