Peanut Butter Fudge

Easy to prepare dessert for peanut butter lovers.

Ingredientes

  • 1 5 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 10z. package peanut butter morsels
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped canned peanuts, optional

Direcciones

  1. Line 8x8 pan with aluminum foil, over the edges to make handles to remove fudge.
  2. Put first three ingredients to boil in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Let it begin to boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Cook on low boil exactly 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove and add other ingredients.
  5. Pour into pan, quickly smooth into corners.
  6. Cool at least an hour.
  7. Remove by handles, lay flat.
  8. Cut into squares.
