Receta Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes

1 c. firmly packed brown sugar 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. butter, softened 1 c. peanut butter 2 Large eggs

2 c. flour 1 c. rolled oats 2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine first 5 ingredients; blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press each with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 min or possibly till golden. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Yield: 60-72 cookies.
