Peanut Butter Tassies

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice concentrate
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips, chopped

Direcciones

  1. Combine the butter, cream cheese, and flour together.
  2. Refrigerate for one hour.
  3. Roll into 24 one-inch balls.
  4. Place the balls into greased mini muffin cups.
  5. Press the dough up the sides and on the bottom of each mini muffin cup.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Combine the remaining ingredients.
  8. Fill each dough cup 3/4 full.
  9. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until firm.
  10. Makes 2 dozen
