Receta Peanut Butter, Toffee, and Nutella Cookies
by CookingLib

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!

We certainly did.

This year, we did not go anywhere…for Thanksgiving, Christmas, AND New Year's.

As much as I love being with family, I must admit that it was a wonderful change not traveling this year. We did not have to contend with holiday traffic, there were no airplane delays or cancellations to disappoint us, and no one became sick while en route.

It was just us and well….us.

It definitely took the stress out of celebrating the holidays.

In my opinion, the less stressed you are around this time of year, the better ;)

I made these cookies the day before Christmas Eve for one of our lovely neighbors.

The original recipe just called for peanut butter and toffee bits….

….which totally works…

but I wanted to kick it up a notch to see what would happen…

So I melted 1/4 cup of Nutella in the microwave and voila…..

….heaven on a platter if you ask me ;)

In the past, I made them with just the peanut butter and toffee bits.

Oh…and who says you have to wait for Christmas to come around again to eat them?

Certainly not I.

Go ahead and bake up a batch and see how you like em' ;)

You are welcome :)
