Ingredientes

  • 2 med ripe hard Bartlett pears
  • 1/2 lrg ripe mango
  • 1/3 c. finely minced yellow bell pepper
  • 1/3 c. finely minced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. finely minced red onion
  • 1 sm jalapeno pepper seed, finely mince
  • 3 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Peel, core and cut pears into small chunks. Peel, seed and cut mango into small chunks.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill in a covered container for at least 30 min or possibly up to 3 hrs before serving. Serve with grilled or possibly roasted meats or possibly fish, or possibly as an accompaniment to cheese quesadillas or possibly tortilla chips.
  3. NOTES : Sweet, tart and spicy tastes of the quick-to-make salsa would add in new flavors to an ordinary piece of grilled fish or possibly chicken.
