Lemon vinaigrette drizzled over apples and pears.Who else besides me get excited about food shopping? What I love the most is finding something new. i discovered the most adorable petite pears. After snatching up a few of them, I decided to make a Pear & Apple Salad. It “pairs” so well with this Lemon Poppy Seed Vinaigrette.
To optimize the juice you get from a lemon or lime, roll it hard under your palm for a minute before juicing. (Or — never say I told you this — microwave it for 10 to 15 seconds.)

Now you got to admit they are adorable right? Having the right tool to create thin slices of the apples and pears just makes it so much easier and prettier too.
Crisp, clean, and jam-packed with crunch and flavor too.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
