Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Oil, olive
  • 1 Tbsp. Vinegar, wine, red
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 4 x Chiles, aji, seeded, stemmed chopped
  • 2 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp Oregano, chopped
  •     Salt, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Combine the extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and water in a bowl and beat with a whisk.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients, mix well, and let stand for 2 hrs to blend the flavors. Served with grilled or possibly roasted meats Substitute 1 jalapeno or possibly 1 habanero chile if the aji chiles are unavailable.
