Pecan Cheese Balls

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. very fine saltine crumbs (50, 2" crackers)
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. finely grnd pecans
  • 1/2 c. finely minced onion
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 tbsp. garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 2 tbsp. oil

Direcciones

  1. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except oil. Shape into 24 (1 1/2 inch) balls. Brown in oil in large skillet, 5 min or possibly till golden brown. Remove with slotted spoon, place in single layer in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Top with Tomato Sauce, cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till sauce is thick and bubbly. Serves 6.
