Ingredientes

  • 1 pie crust
  • 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 c. minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Combine cream cheese, 1/3 c. sugar, salt, egg and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat at medium speed till well blended. Pour into pastry. Sprinkle with pecans.
  2. Combine topping ingredients. Beat at medium speed just till blended. Carefully pour over pecans. Bake 35-40 min at 375 degrees.
