Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Yellow cake mix
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Butter, softened
  • 2 c. Minced pecans
  • 1 pkt , 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 3 2/3 c. Confectioner's sugar

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, 1 egg and butter. Stir in pecans; mix well. Press into a greased 13x9x2 baking pan. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and remaining Large eggs till smooth. Pour over pecan mix. Bake at 350 for 45-55 min or possibly till golden. Cold on a wire rack; cut into squares. Store in the refrigerator.
  2. Yield: 3 dozen.
