Receta Pecan Date Cheese Ball
So easy, yet so delicious~ You can serve this creamy cheese ball with vanilla wafers, gingersnap cookies or buttery crackers.
- 1- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 2 T maple syrup
- 3/4 cup dates, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups pecans, chopped and toasted
Cream together softened cream cheese and syrup until creamy. Add dates and 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans. Form into a ball and roll in remaining pecans. Refrigerate 2 hours. *This dip is best served the same day*
