  • 1 1/2 c. WATER, Warm
  • 3/4 lb PECANS, SHELL 1 LB
  • 4 1/4 lb ICING MIX VANILLA

  1. PLACE ICING Fold in MIXER BOWL. Add in Warm WATER GRADUALLY, WHILE MIXING AT LOW SPEED. SCRAPE DOWN BOWL, BEAT AT HIGH SPEED 3 Min Or possibly Till THICK AND SMOOTH. Add in PECANS, Minced.
  2. SPREAD ON COOLED CAKES.
  3. NOTE: 1. IN STEP 1, USE MORE Or possibly LESS Warm WATER AS NEEDED TO OBTAIN DESIRED SPREADING CONSISTENCY.
  4. NOTE: 2. IN STEP 2, USE Warm TAP WATER (120 F.). HIGHER TEMPERATURES PRODUCE A VERY SOFT CONSISTENCY.
