Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
  • 1 1/4 c. coarsely minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Beat together cream cheese, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 egg and 1 tsp. vanilla till thick and smooth. Set aside.
  2. In separate bowl, beat remaining 3 Large eggs slightly. Add in corn syrup, 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat gently only till blended.
  3. Spread cream cheese mix in bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle with pecans. Pour egg mix over pecans.
  4. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven (on low rack) till the middle of the pie is hard to the touch, about 35-40 min.
