Ingredientes

  • 1 x Deep-dish pie crust
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. Dark corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Pecan pcs

Direcciones

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 300F.
  2. In medium bowl, combine sugar and both corn syrups; add in vanilla and melted butter. Fold in Large eggs. Place pecan pcs in the bottom of the uncooked pie shell; pour mix over nuts. Bake for 40 - 45 min; the top of the pie will be hard.
