Pecan Pie In Cream Cheese Crust

Ingredientes

  • 4 Large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked cream cheese crust (below)

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine Large eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla in large bowl; blend well. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked prepared crust.
  3. Bake 45 to 50 min or possibly till sets, covering outer edges with foil to prevent overbrowning if necessary. Cold on wire rack.
