Ingredientes

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. veg. oil
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 c. finely minced pecans
  • Sugar for top of cookies

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and oil together. Blend in the two sugars, then the Large eggs. Sift flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar together. Stir into creamed mix, add in vanilla and mix well. Stir in pecans. Place small balls (about 1 tsp.) of dough on greased cookie sheets, flattening them with the bottom of a small flat bottomed glass dipped in sugar, (wet the bottom of the glass to make sugar stick the first time). Bake at 350 degrees F. for 12 to 15 min.
