Pecan Wood Smoked Chicken Thighs

3 oz Pecan wood chunks.
Bone in chicken thighs.
Asian Ginger Apricot Glaze for basting.
Preheat smoker to 250^.
Load chicken into smoker.
Smoke for one hour and twenty minutes at 250^.
Remove skin and season again with garlic pepper.
Grill over medium low heat for 10 minutes
Baste with glaze frequently.
I served the chicken with green beans, salad, minced cilantro and more glaze at the table.
