Ingredientes

  • 1 whole chicken breast, poached, skinned, boned & diced
  • 12 ounce. cream cheese, room temp.
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded & chopped
  • 3 tbsp. minced red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon grnd cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 6 med. or possibly sm. pitas, separated into 2 rounds or possibly flour tortillas

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients except pitas or possibly tortillas. Beat with an electric mixer till blended. Spread each pita or possibly tortilla with generous amount of mix. Place on cookie sheets and bake till puffed and bubbling, 5 to 7 min. Immediately cut into wedges and serve.
