Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 sm. bottle Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 jar med. warm red salsa
  • 1 1/2 heads lettuce
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 block cheddar cheese
  • 1 can sm. red beans
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Direcciones

  1. Brown grnd beef; set aside to cold. Mix Thousand Island dressing with 1/2 jar of salsa. In large bowl mix: lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and cheese. Just before serving, add in beef, beans, chips (broken up). Add in dressing mix and serve.
