Penne With A Spicy Creamy Tomato Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x Cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Crushed dry red pepper flakes
  • 28 ounce Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 lb Penne pasta
  • 1/2 c. Heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Vodka
  • 1/4 c. Fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry garlic and pepper flakes over a medium heat till golden. Add in tomatoes. Once the sauce comes to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 15 min. In another pot, you should boil the penne to al dente. Drain and put back into the warm pot. After the 15 min is up on the sauce, add in the cream and Vodka. Bring to a boil and heat through for one minute. Add in sauce to the pot with the penne. Add in parsley and stir.
