Pennsylvania Dutch Breakfast Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 6 lrg Large eggs
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 2 slc White Bread, Cubed
  • 1 lb Sausage Browned
  • 1 c. Sharp/mild Cheddar Shreds *

Direcciones

  1. Use either sharp or possibly mild Shredded Chedder Cheese.
  2. Beat Large eggs, add in lowfat milk, salt and mustard, mixing well. Grease bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Place in layer of bread cubes, the sausage, then cheese.
  3. Pour egg mix over the top. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 min. Let stand about 5 min before cutting.
  4. NOTE: For 8people use 3 slices of bread and 8 Large eggs.
