Receta Pennsylvania Dutch Hot Potato Salad

- Cube potatoes while warm. Fry bacon till crisp. Drain and break bacon into small pcs.
- Mix egg, vinegar, water, sugar and salt and pepper. Pour this mix over bacon and onion in a pan and cook till mix becomes thickened. Stir constantly!!!
- Pour over potatoes and garnish with green pepper. Can be used over greens too, just toss. Hard Boiled egg can be sliced on top of all if you like.
